Chrome Swivel - 25mm Square Eye

A chrome-plated double eye swivel with a 25mm square eye at each end. Fit it between a collar and lead, or into any strap assembly that turns in use - the smooth swivel joint lets the hardware rotate instead of the strap twisting.
